Gail was renowned for her cookbook collection, and this is the first of many online cookbook auctions. This first auction features 250 individual cookbooks from her collection. In all there are over 2000 cookbooks in her collection that we will be selling over the course of the next several months.

All cookbooks are being sold online only through Proxibid. Feel free to review the catalog and place your bids. The first cookbook closes at 4:51pm on Sunday October 2, 2011 and one closes each minute until 9pm when the final cookbook closes.
