We are thrilled to announce that Jan Schultz, co-owner of Schultz Auctioneers Landmark Realty, was recently inducted into the prestigious Minnesota State Auctioneers Association (MSAA) Hall of Fame. This incredible honor was bestowed upon Jan at the MSAA’s annual conference on January 20th, 2024 in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Jan has enjoyed an impactful 40+ year career in the auction industry, serving communities across the upper Midwest and especially in Central Minnesota where she grew up on her family’s dairy farm. Alongside her husband and business partner Mike Schultz, Jan runs our award-winning company providing relationship-based, Christ-centered service in real estate and auctioneering.
“I’m deeply grateful for this tremendous honor,” said Jan. “I share this recognition with my family, teammates, peers and the countless clients I’ve had the privilege to serve over the years.”
With her induction, Jan and Mike become only the second auctioneer couple to be inducted into the MSAA Hall of Fame in its 75 year history. She was honored alongside the 2024 class’s other distinguished inductee, her friend, Dave Finnila. Beyond her achievements in the industry, Jan has dedicated herself to community service at her church and through extensive volunteering with industry organizations like the MSAA and National Auctioneers Association.
