The auction will run from Monday, October 16th until Monday, October 30th, 2023 and will begin to close at 6:30 p.m. CT.

Auction Order:
The auction will proceed in order beginning with lot #1 and will continue to the final lot at lot #325. Three items will begin to close each minute beginning at 6:30 p.m. CT on Monday, October 30th, 2023. If a bid increases within the final two minutes of bidding the time will extend by 2 minutes until bidding ceases. The auction will close between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. CT approximately.
Preview Date: Monday, October 23rd 2023 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM CT
Auction Preview Information:
You are invited to view the merchandise at the Auction Preview on Monday, October 23rd, 2023 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on site of the property at 12350 W Lake Rd Rice, MN 56367.
Following the closing of the auction, there will be two opportunities for pick-up.
Auction Pick-up and Load-Out:
Wednesday, November 1st from 1:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. CT
Saturday, November 4th from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. CT
Any other pick-up must be made with Isaac at 320-232-0855
There will be a 12% buyers premium on all sales.
Invoices for purchases made will be sent following the conclusion of the auction.
