Today we updated the website to include two new pages. We now have a page dedicated to pending real estate and sold real estate. As purchase agreements are accepted and properties become pending, we will move the properties out of the active listings and into pending real estate. After the real estate has closed, we will move the properties out of pending real estate and into sold real estate. You will not receive a notice each time this happens. However, you can periodically check on our pending or sold real estate by visiting the featured listings page from the home page of our website.

Ryan George of Biplane Productions recently featured us in one of his AdverRyting pieces. The article entitled Projection Guides Perception discusses how our company has grown into a regional real estate auction firm through the use of marketing principals. We have pushed the envelope, as Ryan indicates, with our marketing, and have continued to ratchet up our marketing of individual properties. Value of Items Sold at Auction to Reach $269.6 Billion in 2007

The National Auctioneers Association (NAA) announced today that the auction industry continues to grow. The 2007 projected number is a healthy 5% increase from 2006 when the value of goods and services sold at auction was $257.2 billion. One of the fastest growing areas was residential real estate with 3.1% estimated growth. Commercial and industrial real estate is growing at a 2.9% rate. Total 2006 revenues for real estate sold at auction include Residential ($16.0 billion), Commercial/Industrial ($15.0 billion), and Land/Agricultural ($25.3 billion).
